I am a fieldwork supervisor and since 2016 have supervised 8 candidates for BCBA or BCaBA certification, who all successfully completed their hours and went on to pass their exams for certification. Starting July 2021, I will be teaching an undergraduate introductory course to ABA with Capella University.” I do not believe that there is a one fits all approach to ABA and therefore use many assessments and curriculum such as Greg Hanley’s IISCA/PFA/SBT, Patrick McGreevy Essentials for Living (EFL), Mark Dixon’s PEAK assessment, VB-MAPP, ABBLS, and AFLS. Since becoming a BCBA in 2016, I have worked with children and adults ranging from the ages of 2 to 21.
